 Our common stock commenced trading publicly on September 1, 2009, following the completion of the spinoff of CareFusion Corporation from Cardinal Health, Inc. Cardinal Health completed the spinoff through a pro-rata distribution to its shareholders of approximately 81% of the outstanding shares of CareFusion common stock.

 Our common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “CFN”.
